Documentation and Research Center

The Foundation’s documentation and research center is open by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. It is open to all : students, experienced researchers, exhibition curators, as well as to amateurs whishing to deepen their knowledge of Le Corbusier.

In addition to the many works by or about le Corbusier, it includes academic works devoted to his entire work.

It also provides access to our entire archive, which contains some 450.000 documents, including plans, photographs, personal letters, the archives of his agency, drawings, noteboks, etc.

This entire collection is digitized. The use of personal computers is allowed and a Wi-Fi connection can be made available.

We also have Le Corbusier’s personal library, but access to it is exceptional and reserved for specific requests in order to preserve the conservation of the works.

If you have any questions about the restoration and conservation of Le Corbusier’s work, please contact Bénédicte Gandini: benedicte.gandini@fondationlecorbusier.fr
