The Fondation Le Corbusier is hosting a photographic exhibition by Laszlo Horvath at the Maison La Roche.
In 42 detailed photographs, Laszlo Horvath takes a look at five works by Le Corbusier: the Maison La Roche, the Villa Savoye, the chapelle Notre-Dame-du-Haut, the couvent Sainte-Marie de la Tourette and Firminy. His photographs highlight the materiality of the architecture and the variations that light has on Le Corbusier’s work.
Laszlo Horvath
Laszlo Horvath is a French director and photographer born in Hungary. His personal work focuses on video recordings of theatre and dance performances and documentary portraits of leading figures from the artistic world: Jacques Copeau (renovator of French theatre), Odile Duboc (choreographer), Danaye Kanlanfeï (African puppeteer), Roger Martin du Gard (winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature) and Véra Molnar (painter). He is represented in France by the Berthet-Aittouarès gallery.
